I took portraits of a friend on two separate occasions, in late afternoon (friend in sweater) and mid-day (friend in black turtleneck). I tried some shots on the Auto setting and some on Manual, using ISO 100 for the late afternoon shots. I didn't adjust the White Balance, however, for natural light. I think these were all taken on the tungsten setting in Manual. I wonder if the "bluish" light on the third image is because of not adjusting the White Balance to natural light.
All have been edited but only one was cropped. I tried using the blur tool a little and liked the way it brought the subject more to the foreground.
I had difficulty holding my camera steady in the more subdued light. As a result, I did the second shoot using a tripod and a 2-second delay.
